Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 February 2026

1. Agreement

By creating a SingleTable account or using the service, you agree to these terms. SingleTable is operated by SenseForge LTD.

2. Service Description

SingleTable provides automated synchronisation of restaurant bookings across third-party reservation platforms. We act as a connector between your existing accounts and do not replace your reservation platforms.

3. Subscription & Billing

4. Fair Usage

Each plan is designed for typical restaurant booking volumes. If your usage consistently exceeds the average threshold for your plan tier (e.g. significantly higher booking volumes, API calls, or connected platforms), we will notify you and work with you to select an appropriate plan. We will never throttle or suspend your service without prior written notice and a reasonable adjustment period.

5. Your Responsibilities

6. Data & Privacy

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. In summary: your data is yours, it is isolated, and we do not share it with third parties.

7. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party platform changes, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events may temporarily affect service. We will notify you of planned maintenance where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

SingleTable is provided "as is." SenseForge LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed bookings, or data loss caused by third-party platform outages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding three months.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the SingleTable platform, including software, design, and documentation, remains the property of SenseForge LTD. Your restaurant data remains your property at all times.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will cease at the end of the current billing period. You may request data export or deletion within 30 days of termination.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
