SingleTable is a product of SenseForge LTD. We provide restaurant booking synchronisation software that connects your existing reservation platforms into a single, unified view. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Your restaurant data is strictly isolated and belongs entirely to you. Each restaurant account operates within its own secure, logically separated environment. Your booking records, guest information, and operational data are never shared with, sold to, or accessed by any other company, restaurant, or third party.
We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the service, including your account details, booking data synchronised from your connected platforms, and basic service logs for performance monitoring.
All sensitive information is encrypted using industry-standard methods both at rest and in transit. Our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud services with robust security controls.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, you may request full deletion of all your data by contacting us. We will permanently remove all records within 30 days of a verified deletion request.
